SVM Sausage – made from scratch from a whole, all-natural pork butt and shoulder. No additives, preservatives. All seasonings are purchased locally through Savory & Spice in Boulder. We will be making Sage Sausage for stuffing as well as Apple or Cranberry / Orange sausage. All holiday sausage sold “loose” (not linked).
SVM Ground Sirloin – made fresh DAILY. No additives or preservatives or filler. 98% LEAN top sirloin meat…the best around.
Smoked Pork Chops – great flavor and quick/easy to cook – just warm them up on the grill.

Try our NEW lamb chops, ground lamb and other cuts of local lamb from Boulder Lamb.
Grown and harvested right here in nearby Hygiene, Boulder Lamb breeds Columbia/Rambouillet ewes
with a Suffolk or Hampshire buck, the product of which is a mild and tender lamb.
Boulder Lamb’s cuts appeal to those who don’t care for a strong “gamey” taste and won’t disappoint true lamb lovers. Their entire flock free ranges on grass and alfalfa from fields in North Boulder County and in Monte Vista, Colorado and is never given steroids, antibiotics or growth hormones. Any supplemental alfalfa is sourced from local, non-GMO farms.
Sheep run deep in Boulder Lamb’s family tradition, with six generations of ranchers running flocks from Vermont to Idaho for over 130 years.
